For organizers
List your event — free
Clubs, state associations and coaches use QPro to put tournaments, clinics, courses and selection trials in front of archers across Malaysia.
How it works
- Create an account — tell us which club or association you represent. We check new organizers before their first event goes live.
- Add your event — dates, venue, fee and your registration link. Add a schedule (or import it from a MAREOS PDF), documents, photos, categories, FAQ and more.
- It goes live — after a quick review. Once published, you can edit it any time and changes appear straight away.
What you get, free
- An event page in English and Malay, listed in search, the calendar and your organizer profile
- Archers can follow your event, share it on WhatsApp and add it to their calendar
- Schedule, documents, photos, eligibility, FAQ and news updates in one place
- Your own registration link — entries and fees stay with you; QPro never takes a cut
